client is a high profile, multi-national beer producer of instantly recognisable brands.
Having
been at the leading edge of manufacturing and logistics
for over 100 years, this
company was looking to make their people "better managers of self". Performance
outcomes needed to be clearly defined and measurable.
We
were contracted to develop an HR training program
that would provide HR Managers
across the globe with the tools to develop this initiative.
During
the consultative process a program was developed
that sourced input from all stakeholders.
The success of the program was grounded in its ease of implementation and self-generating
maintenance.
The
program is now supervised externally by us on an
ongoing basis. The results speak for themselves
as this company retains staff of the highest calibre, an essential ingredient
to delivering against its
long term strategic direction.
