How does the alignment analysis work?

When you undertake ascenture's alignment analysis everything that happens in and around your organisation and contributes to performance is segmented into four organisational components. We call these components:

Markets
Money
Process
People

Underpinning these components are three drivers:

Culture
or the "personality" of the organisation.
Strategy defined as the "forward thinking" taking place within the organisation.
Implementation which is "how we do things now".

At ascenture we take the view that each of the three drivers interrelate with each of the four components, providing twelve measures of organisational performance. The key to optimising performance in any organisation lies in aligning each of these measures across the organisation's stakeholders.
