How does the alignment analysis work?

The alignment analysis works best when a cross-section of stakeholder responses are obtained. The collection and collation of data can be undertaken totally online or face-to-face with an ascenture consultant. Immediate feedback is available in the form of a detailed report. This report is a practical management tool and provides the framework for realigning your organisation.



A case in point

Suppose the CEO has a particular view on how well the organisation performs on the measure "Culture of People". Staff members, on the other hand, may have contrasting organisational experiences and view this performance quite differently.

The CEO wants to know WHY the gap exists and what can be done to minimise the difference. By undertaking the alignment analysis both views are captured and work can commence on aligning organisational behaviour.

In addition, our report provides the CEO with data that benchmarks the organisation's performance against organisations of similar size and type.
